Spirograph....aahhh the hours I would spend with my different colored pens and the plastic "gears". Perhaps this is what started my love for mathematics. Each gear has holes that you would put your pen into and then you would drive the gear around the main circle and it would draw a geometric shape. Different sized gears drew different shapes.
My beautiful art would adorn the fridge for weeks.
When I was young all I needed was colored pens and plastic and I would be entertained for hours.
